We just kind of slightly modify a few things like intensity. You have to be very careful with their form and you have to really capture their attention. So, one of the things that\'s vital when we run our kid\'s program is to make sure they\'re having fun, make sure they\'re doing everything correctly, and remember that they\'re not adults and they have to get more breaks. Their repetitions are not as much as an adult. Speaker 2: Yeah. A majority of the exercises kids can do are very similar to what adults can do. I mean, a lot of body weight exercises. You really don\'t want to overload them with heavy weights, especially if they\'re just jumping into a program right off the bat. Body weight exercise is great; you can get a lot done with body weight exercise like jumping jacks, pushups, squat jumps, squat thrusts, and running laps. Sprinting builds our endurance and cardio vascular systems, and even jumping over the obstacle course, which kids are great at. Kids are great at jumping over obstacle courses, monkey bars, and jumping over walls. They\'re a lot better than adults doing it because, you know, they love that kind of stuff; jumping around, falling down, and that kind of thing. So, if you can find an obstacle course or like a playground that you can incorporate into the workout and have them do jumping jacks and body weight exercises around it, that\'s a great tool to use to really get your kid to start going into a fitness lifestyle.'
