'Today’s video workout features a good set of exercises for kids, the goal here is to help them get stronger arms and chest. This series has some advanced level exercises, so your kids may find it a little challenging if they are new to bodyweight training. On the other hand, it takes just 30 minutes to complete this workout and ensure that children have at least half of the recommended daily activity.
