'Standing Alternate Dumbbell Hammer Curl'

'Stand with your feet hip distance apart while holding the dumbbells firmly to your sides and your knees slightly bent.  Position the dumbbells parallel to each other and your thumbs up through range of motion.  Keep your elbows tight to your side as you exhale and curl one arm up without allowing your elbows to peel off your side.  Prevent any rotation of the dumbbell (as if a hammer striking a nail) and return your arm back down to your side in a controlled manner.  Immediately repeat the movement with the other arm and complete the desired amount of repetitions equally on each side.'
