'Every thing is 30 sec no rest   Push treadmill off at 15 incline 30 sec in between every set. Do 4 sets with no rest  Goal is to do all of this in 1 hr if you have to go lighter go for it And if your a beast and want to go heavier. Try to start out heavy and go lighter if need.    Treadmill 30 sec   push up 30 sec  Treadmill 30 sec  Rows girls 10 to 15 lbs guys 25 to 35 lbs 30sec  Treadmill 30 sec  Shoulder press girls 5 to 15 lbs guys 20 to 30 sec  Treadmill 30 sec  Tri ex girls 5 to 10 lbs guys 10 to 20 lbs  30 sec  Treadmill 30 sec  Bicep curls girls 10 to 15 lbs guys 15 to 25 lbs  30 sec  Now your have 3 more sets'
