Be careful not to move your elbows as you perform curls.  1. Position bench at a 45-degree angle. 2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, kneel face down on top of bench, with upper body against its back and knees on top of its seat.  3. Extend arms so that they\'re directly below shoulders, in front of bench, palms facing each other. 4. Slowly curl one dumbbell up toward your shoulder, bending elbow by side; release, extending arm. 5. Immediately curl the other dumbbell up; release to complete one rep.
