'This quick low impact workout is designed to help you keep active whilst at home. It\'s a perfect option for seniors or rehab patients. Each exercise will have 10 repetitions. If that is too easy, increase it to 15 or 20. All you need for this workout is a stable chair and a mat or towel.'
