'Great exercise for the biceps,  forearms, glutes, hips and core.  Coaching Tips:  Stand with dumbbells in your hands, palms facing your body.  Place one leg up on a bench and slightly lean forward.  Be sure to engage the core and squeeze the glutes, and then slowly pivot at the elbows and raise the dumbbells to your chest.  Keep your palms facing in and your shoulder blades down.  Maintain a slow and controlled pace.  Repeat as directed.'
