'Get the kids involved!  If you do OCR and want to show your kids what mummy and daddy do at the weekends this is an awesome little 2km. Well staffed helpful marshals and clever use of natural terrain in Rugby.  Isabelle is 4y5m old and she nailed i, loved every minute and thought it was great to run through rivers and tunnels, which were pitch black.  This is as close as you can get to a mud run for adults but for kids. Great medal and certificate, so well done MFC of Rugby'
