'Favorite Quick and Easy Healthy Granola Recipe | Family Favorite | Jenny Ford'

'Here\'s our family\'s favorite recipe for homemade granola. Lots of options to make it how you like. It\'s super easy to put together, and then let it bake in the oven. Once it\'s cool, store in air-tight containers, and enjoy!    Ingredients you\'ll need:  6 cups old-fashioned oats 3 cups rice cereal (optional) 1 1/2 cups slivered almonds 3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut 1 TBSP cinnamon pinch salt 1 cup coconut oil, melted 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup 1 TBSP vanilla  Directions: Mix together all dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add in all wet ingredients and mix well. Spread mixture evenly on 2 cookie sheets. The recipe works best if you cover cooking sheets with baking mats or tin foil. Cook at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Don\'t stir while cooking. Granola will be golden brown when done. Let cool then chunk it up in pieces and store in sealed containers for up to 2 weeks.
