'At home workout using a resistance band.  You can buy the bands on-line through Amazon or sporting goods stores.  The workout mainly focuses on legs/thighs with light cardio.  It is a fairly low impact workout and easy to follow.  As always, I generally do 2 sets of each exercise but recommend that you do 3 sets at least 3-4 times per week.  Please remember you can combine these exercises with other exercises from my other fitness videos.  Have fun!!! I try to keep my routines short and simple but recommend doing them in 2 to 3 sets a few times per week.
