Pulse performance kids 24 volt ATV Review. Follow along with us as we dive in to this review for the Pulse Performance products 24V kids ATV. This ATV is fully electric with a run time of 45 minutes. This ATV does not have reverse forward only. The maximum speed is 8 mph. This ATV is perfect for ages 3-8 in my opinion. I think it lists ages 8-12, however I don't see a 12 year on this ATV. In the video you can see Jax riding this ATV, he is a taller 4 year old but you can use him as a gauge.
