In this video, little Hadrian explored the process of food making while learning about numbers, measurement, geography, sequences, teamwork and communication at the same time. He voluntarily help his mommy to wash the dishes, what a great little helper! Auntie Jen often tells people cooking is the best little experiment for kids as it requires logic, curiosity, patience and positive discipline. Most importantly, you will have lots of DIY FUN! Strawberry Granola Chia Seeds Pudding  (per serving)  HIGH fiber, HIGH protein, and HIGH healthy fats!   Ingredients:  2 Tbsp of Chia seeds ½ cup of unsweetened macadamia nut milk (or any nut milk or regular milk) 1 Tbsp heavy cream 1 tsp of honey (or 1 Tbsp of sweetener) ¼ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp cinnamon powder  Feel free to put toppings like berries and cereal. I put some strawberry and granola cereal for mine this time.  2. Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding  Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Chia seeds ½ cup of any milk of your choice 1 Tbsp heavy cream 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter (avoid it if you don\'t like it) ½ tsp cocoa powder ¼ tsp cinnamon powder  Top with chocolate chips, Nutella, and walnuts  Once the mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, give it another stir to break up any clumps of chia seeds, cover and put the mixture in the fridge overnight.
