She's been spending some much needed time with her family after revealing the heartbreaking news that she had suffered a miscarriage earlier in the week.   And Saturday saw Hilaria Baldwin, husband Alec, 61, and their four children step out together for the first time to enjoy a day of shopping.   The 35-year-old yogi appeared to have her hands full with her four kids under six and was joined by two nannies for some extra help while around the East Village.       Hilaria kept things casual in a dark shirt and loose fitting denim jeans.   She kept extra warm with a long-line puffer jacket over the top and fur-lined boots on her feet.   The beauty styled her hair out naturally and accessorised with a pair of dark shades over her eyes.   Hilaria really did have her hands full, walking with son Leo, three, and carrying her youngest, Romeo, one, in a BabyBjörn.   Alec was left in charge of the couples two eldest children, Carmen, six, and Rafael, four.   The actor opted for a dark top with tracksuit pants or the outing.   And while the couple brought a double child pram along, they used it to carry all their shopping bags, including two full from Barnes and Noble.   With the family all out the door by 8:19 am on Saturday morning, their outing was finished by lunch time - where they returned home to enjoy some pasta.   Hilaria took to social media to give her followers an update on how she was feeling following her devastating miscarriage.   'Little update: I'm doing better. I have my moments when I feel better then I have moments when I will get really sad. But I feel like time and healing and everyone's support is helping me,' she shared.   'Spending time with my babies and husband helps so much.
