'10 MINUTE KIDS WORKOUT: PROPRIOCEPTIVE ACTIVITY TO IMPROVE FOCUS'

'One of the most important thing for us is to stay focused to do our activities, and to maintain our body\'s balance to perform these activities. That\'s why I prepared this 10-minute proprioceptive activity for the little ones.  The proprioceptive system is responsable for the sense of location, orientation and position of our bodies in a certain space. It allows us to recognize the strength made by the muscles and joints\' movements without the need to use the vision, and the major thing is that it allows us to perform many of our daily activities. With this workout kids can improve their focus and balance and enhance their sensory moves.  Let\'s get the kids and start this new workout!!
