'Achilles Kids Daily Exercise Challenge: Monday SEATED Modified Exercises'
05:11 Feb 21
'As Achilles Kids continues to closely monitor developments regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are working tirelessly to create ways for our kids to stay active and connected virtually while taking measures to stay safe. We have two programs to stay fit and stay active:    The first workout challenge is to track your steps/miles each day. Parents (or teachers) will set a goal of how many steps or miles they want their child or student to reach each day. Those goals will be tracked on a weekly basis with a bar graph that will show each child\'s progress and our team’s progress!    For parents in our weekend program, if your child would like to participate please email Angie for more information. This workout program does require an RSVP so you must email Angie. Teachers, if you would like your students to participate, please email Karen.   Our second virtual challenge does not require an RSVP. It’s a “DAILY WORKOUT CHALLENGE.” We have created daily exercise regimen that kids (and adults) can do every day! These are quick exercises to help everyone stay active and to stay connected with the whole Achilles Family. Exercise videos will be available on our website and on our YouTube channel. The Daily Workout Challenge flyer is also on our website.    Please continue to check our website for more information about our virtual challenge workout programs, along with updates, new exercise videos, and for ways to stay connected. And of course, follow Achilles on social media to stay in the know about all the exciting things we’re offering during this time.   FB: facebook.com/achillesinternational IG: instagram.com/achilles_international TW: twitter.com/achilleskids Go Team Achilles Kids!
