'Happy Monday! For our first workout after Christmas, we\'ll get the little ones to move their bodies for 20 minutes, in order to burn all belly fat.   By doing these exercises, kids will not only have fun, but they\'ll also allow that their metabolism can burn any extra layer of fat that could be accumulated over their bellies, specially after the holidays.   Let\'s get the little ones and start this workout!
