'The Benefit of Exercise and Your Memory: Kelly Aungst of Body Wise'

'Kelley Aungst, NSCA-CPT, believes that you are never too young or old to begin an exercise or movement program. After many years of emotional eating and yoyo dieting, she is now dedicated to helping others find joy and a sense of wellbeing through movement. Kelley truly has a passion for exercise and loves helping others feel and experience the same benefits that she has. Kelley is a graduate of the School of Exercise, Training, and Science and received her diploma as a personal trainer. She earned her professional certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer. She is the owner and operator of BodyWise by Kelley and trains individuals and small groups in a private setting at SETS Studio in Phoenix. In addition, she serves as a part time instructor for the School of Exercise, Training, and Science. Kelley has lectured, for a local internist\'s lecture series, on the science behind exercise and memory. Her mission is to continue her own journey of health and fitness while helping others improve their quality of life, no matter where they are today.
