'8x SAQs Drills great for building up fitness for Football & Rugby.   Great for not only increasing speed and agility and for building strength, but also working on that all important 1st touch, body shape and foot work!  The drills shown here can be used for an indivdual player, but can quite easily be adapted for 2 players!   Recommended times is 3 minutes on each exercise, working for 1:15 and resting for 30 seconds before a second set of 1:15. Rest for 30seconds to a minute between each exercise (adjust based on the fitness of your players)  Include 3 or 4 and repeat the circuit twice to keep training sessions interesting whilst giving your players a good 20-30 minutes of fitness.
