'Peace everyone! As many people may know, the dumbbells at Planet Fitness only go up to 75 lbs in some places, and at others just 60 lbs (like the one I usually train at). I had an idea recently for a way to do one-arm dumbbell rows when the dumbbells aren’t heavy enough - use the Smith machine! This is still a work in progress, as I’ve only done them a few times.
