'Anything single side is hard and super taxing. We force the body to buckle down and stabilize, creating high-quality total body tension as we then move our body and or the object through space; it’s freakin hard.   This is a great exercise that teaches exactly what we just mentioned above + it produces a gnarly pump of you hit it with volume at the end of a big strength set. Bonus.  Use this exercise for just about any rep scheme but you’ll notice it works best with higher reps lighter load.  More coaching cues in the video.
